Fitness Center and Locker Rooms
The Fitness Center and Locker Rooms are located on the 1st Floor in 2795 East and are available for use by Tenants of the Cottonwood Corporate Center 24/7, excluding holidays. A waiver and release must be signed and returned to Property Management in order to gain access to those areas. The waiver can be found here.
Conference Center
The Conference Center can seat up to 60 persons in a classroom type setting and 80 in a townhall type setting (no tables, only chairs). The room can be bifurcated to accommodate two meetings at once with 40 persons on one side and 20 on the other. There are three televisions on which the user can project presentations on and a handheld microphone which will project through the speakers. Reservations for the Conference Center can be booked through this Portal, under the reservations tab.
Bike Locker Storage Room
The Bike Locker Storage Room is located in the North East corner of the underground parking garage for 2795 East. Please contact the Property Management Office for access to this area.
Bikes are available for rent from the Property Management free of charge during business hours. Please stop by the Property Management Office to fill out a waiver and sign out a bike.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are located in the underground parking garage for each Building and are free for Tenant use from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and are $2.00/hour for any time used outside of those hours. Please contact the Property Management Office for additional information.
Tenant Lounge and Outdoor Rec Area
The Tenant Lounge and Outdoor Rec Area are now open and available to all tenants from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Feel free to stop by the Lounge for a cup of coffee and to play some pool, ping pong or shuffle board! Basketballs, ping pong paddles and pickle ball equipment can be checked out for use in the Outdoor Rec Area by stopping by the Property Management Office.
